The Society conducted a Technical Workshop on Challenges during Construction of Dams and Landslide Slopes at Hotel Sundaram, Haldwani.
The workshop addressed the practical geotechnical and engineering challenges encountered while building dams and stabilising landslide-prone slopes in the Himalaya, combining field experience with current practice. It was attended by 63 participants.
